A couple problems..

I'm having two problems mostly.

 

1) Ever since I transferred from the 360 to the One, the tint on a lot of my cars has disappeared. It's not huge deal, but having to buy tint for 15+ cars is expensive once you add it all up.

 

2) My character has scars he never had before. He has this big, ugly gunshot scar on his right cheek and it bugs the hell out of me. He also has a face plagued with freckles, and I definitely did not have those before or after the port over to the One.

 

Any help with this would be much appreciated, though #2 bugs me a lot more than 1.

1) Any vehicle with pure black tint has now been reverted to no tint since Limo tint is not in NG GTA. You must purchase another tint

 

2) there is a glitch when using the barber shop that can cause your character to develop stuff like that. But without being more specific, thats all the support you can get.

You (and rockstar) are not able to change your character's appearance more than the one time upon transferring, so sending a support ticket on this issue is hopeless.

You must wait until another opportunity to change the appearance arises
