Will This Make Me Lose Some Cars?

Okay, on GTA Online I'm wanting to buy one of the houses in Paleto Bay. When I go to buy one, it says 'You already own a property, purchasing this one will trade in your old one. You will have limited access to some of your stored vehicles as the Garage is smaller. Do you wish to continue with this purchase? The trade in will save you $250,000'. So, if I do this, will I still be able to order my 'stored' vehicles from my mechanic? Or will I not be able to drive them until I purchase a 10 car garage again? I'm on Xbox 360 if that helps with anything.

Yes, you can downgrade to a 6-car garage and still keep (and drive) all your 10 cars, though, 4 of them will not appear physically in your garage.
