does anyone knows the spawn location of the phoenix?

If you do the mission 'no hay bronca,' there is one that spawns consistently in the neighborhood at the at the end if the mission. If your sitting in it when you complete the mission, you should spawn in freeroam with it. You can't insure it but you can use it to spawn others.

If you google it there are videos out the exact location.

The docks meaning the area below.

 

I got two of them there and always at night. Set spawn location to last location. Go there at night and drive around. If you don't see them, leave the session and come back.

 

Like others have said, you will see them in bunches occasionally. You just have to be ready to jump out of your car and grab one.

There is a Phoenix on the driveway of the gang leader in the mission No Hay Bronca. You had to nick it and be in the Phoenix while you killed the gang leader. If you would complete the mission, you would be in the Phoenix while respawning in free roam. But that method no longer works.

 

I got my first Phoenix with No Hay Bronca, but I ditched it. A Phoenix is not rare at all. First of all, you have to be in an invite only session. If there are more players in the session, the system conserves memory by despawning NPC cars. The Phoenix will spawn in the late afternoon with clear weather at the docks near the Simeon drop off point. Also in the Cypress Flats industrial area near the Ammu Nation with the range up to the LSC in the South East. And you have to drive a muscle car.

I live on Shambles St ( garage ), the Phoenix, and the Buccaneer, do spawn quite a bit. I'm not on now but later on if I come across one, I'll post a thread pertaining to it. I don't think a specific vehicle spawns it, 98% of my collection are sports classics. But I have been in my Entity and Bati, and they were spawning down in the SE corridor of the map. Sometimes you'll see them on the Western GOH.

I see them spawn a lot even when I am not driving mine. I don't think they are as rare anymore. I found mine on last-gen on countless dock searches.

 

On NG I've seen them by Integrity Way apartments, and in hood where the Ballas and stuff are.

Bring a car for Simeon and just look near the parking spots. You should either have a futo or the Phoenix. Happens all the time for me anyways.

I got my first Phoenix on ps3 while searching for a van down at the docks. Didn't see a van but liked the Phoenix that drove past me so I grabbed it. Didn't know it was rare until later on. Since I moved to the ps4 i see them all the time. I'd say it's not rare on ps4. I've got three of them right now.

Around the docks and La Mesa. Cruise on the main drag leading to the docks where Simeon's lockup is.

1. Start an invite only session

2. Go to Cypress Flats and look for Phoenixes

3. If you don't see any, go to xbox game store from the pause menu

4. Go back to the game

5. Search the area again

 

If you don't see Phoenixes, repeat the process till they spawn.

The reason you are using invite only session is because car spawns refresh every time you join. Going to xbox live store is faster than going to story mode and every time you go back you spawn in the same area but the cars there are "refreshed", unlike in public session, where they stay the same.

 

Every area in GTAV/online has certain cars spawning in them, but at one time only few models appear - that's why you often see ie 10 blistas on one street.

 

I went to the game store about 3 times before Phoenixes spawned and it took me about 10 min.

Seen it spawn many times when playing RR mission (La Mesa area) and I've actually stolen one of them to use during the mission because my car always seems to spawn at Madrazo's house where I start the mission most of the time.

I'm a happy guy today, finally found my Phoenix after hours of searching.

 

I did the mission No Hay Bronca, chased the gang leader in his Phoenix and ended the mission while I was in the car. Spent about 20 mins trying to spawn one and found one down at the docks.

 

It's a great looking car.

Yup, I see loads here. My 2nd Garage is 331 Supply Street and it's a hundred yards away (great location away from Eclipse Towers and the usual cluster**** in the middle of the city!), maybe buy a garage there and keep swapping sessions, it's definitely worth a shot as you don't need two high-end apartments, also accessible straight from the road to annoy a-holes who may be chasing you, LSC and Ammo Nation 15 seconds away, Hospital with choppers less than a minute too.

 

Picked mine up yesterday to add to my muscle car garage, yum...

if anyone on xbox one is looking for one to dupe, I have the phoenix from my crew with the logo and gold stock wheels with BAN ONE plate. supposedly the logo will stay on a dupe. i would be curious to see if this is true.

 

I also have what i feel is the most accurate Rockford Files phoenix you can make in GTAO. It has the correct 853 OKG plate, a custom blended color (IIRC i used cream over bronze. it took me several tries to get the right color) and the !spoiler mod. The T/A is fully modded and the Rockford Firebird is fully modded minus the turbo and i gave it a slightly higher ride height since a Firebird Esprit would be slower and not handle as good as a Trans Am.

Handy tip I got from YOUTUBE. Just grab a copter then fly low over the south east of the city. The Phoenix mostly spawns in bright green/yellow & bright orange so its actually not that hard to spot one in traffic from the air. It took me just two minutes last night on PS4 to find one doing this after no luck searching from the ground & it was driving towards LSC from the docks.
