justind71 Posted December 14, 2014 Share Posted December 14, 2014 Still after over a year he is pretty crap, send a mugger and a lot of the time he cant find the player, and doesnt look very hard at all even if the player is not in apartment etc. Why don't they improve Lamar in one of the patches, or make him better so he can mug players in there apartement or something like that? I was standing in the middle of the road causally minding my own business, basically idling. I didnt shoot at anything and I had no wanted stars. The mugger comes running towards me with a knife in his hand and I don't even aim my gun at him. Halfway he just stops and looks silly, like he was scared of approacing me. I few seconds later I placed a shotgun shell into his face. Only time the mugger creates a hassle for a victim is if that victim is in a fast vehicle since the mugger tends to rip out the victim out of the car and drive away with the vehicle. TECHN9CiAN Posted December 15, 2014 Share Posted December 15, 2014 The mugger used to be awesome, just go into passive and troll a trolling tank user by moving around him to keep him stationary (back when tankers could still kill you by batting you with the tank gun) while another player calls a mugger on him...
