There is no reason why is shouldn't. I'm guessing it will allow you to record and save the footage, then edit it later after you have disconnected from Online. NTAuthority Posted December 15, 2014 Share Posted December 15, 2014 the video editor won't, clip saving for the video editor probably will though Inactive in GTA/R* title modification indefinitely pursuant to a court order obtained by TTWO.
