I don't really care if people drive off. I usually have a PV with me because that's the kind of car I prefer to drive. I'm not looking to jump into some other PV and drive off. I just wanna drive my car which is why I pulled it out of my garage in the first place. Anyway, sometimes it's better to split up, like Trash Talk and Judge the Jury. You should always arrive to the missions prepared with your own PV and weapons and not expect people to babysit you. Honestly, why would anyone even wanna be a no PV scrub, just hanging out the passenger side of your best friends ride? Get your own PV scrub.

*cough* closedmatchmaking *cough*

Or if you're not getting the hint:

You blind, moron? You see that Closed Matchmaking option? You know what it's for? Avoiding f*cking randoms. You tried that yet or are you blind? Stevie Wonder can freaking see this option. It's RIGHT THERE. You need it to f*cking glow rainbow colors and light up like a freaking disco ball before you see it? Maybe you should gouge your eyes out with a spoon since it's such a waste of potential.

Like seriously, people don't like randoms, and yet does open matchmaking. It would be a sh*tload more ironic if these people are also the people that tell passives to go Invite Only, because not only are they (the people who say Inv Only like a broken record) selectively blind, they're also a waste of oxygen on this planet.

But seriously when everyone drives off, I take my sweet time. Maybe I'll stop by Ammunation and browse colors for 5 minutes. Maybe I'll just go dirt biking on my Nemesis. I mean damn, if you're stupid enough NOT to kick me AND do the mission yourself, I'm staying for the easy cash.

EDIT: Naw I'm kidding I'll just try my best to play worse than a level one player.

I had some randoms show up in a BMX. Do not expect me to give them a lift.

Was probably me. Haha.

There are worse vehicle crimes than locking PV's or speeding off alone. Last night (when doing that mission where you get the case on top of the construction skyscraper) I ordered a helicopter from Merryweather and one of my 'team mates' stole it from me.

I was gonna collect other players but one decided to pull me out of the helicopter and leave me standing with my dick in hand for the rest of the mission. Hero player goes on to destroy the helicopter, kill themselves and the other player and then quit because they didnt want to watch me climb the crane and finish the mission by myself. What a loser.

1. Bring ur own vehicle

2. Steal one

3. Dont play missions

As simple as that. I never let anyone except FRIENDS ride in my cars.

If a random gets in my buzzard and takes over the rockets I tell them to get out verbally or via text if they have no mic. If they do not comply I land it and make sure they see me apply the sticky.

I set my cars to "passenger" most of time. Only best reason if there player need a break until arriving there especially my crews & friends.

Well, if you see people locked their car and takes off, just don't worry about it. You got cars.. call to use it or steal NPC's car and take off it's saves time.

Would it count I join your buzzard passenger seat and use my own AP Pistol? :D

At this point in the game, who doesn't own a car, let alone drives it around??? I'm just going to lock my car because I'd rather listen to the radio instead of that repetitive mission music..... I'm actually starting to hate driving other players during missions, especially when they put a waypoint to a helipad for a Buzzard. If you can afford one of those, drive your bum ass to the pad and get it yourself!

The level of selfishness and assumptions of ineptitude are actually staggering me right now...

For one, I'm no low ranker without a vehicle. I have 20 vehicles in two apartments and am ranked 173.

I spawn in my apartment and join random jobs through my phone. Does that give me a closed or any other sort of matchmaking option? NO.

Should I have to go to my garage, get in a vehicle, and drive it outside for a few moments FOR NO REASON (and, yes, risk it being blown up by the random twats who treat open sessions like their own personal deathmatch and attack on sight and then have to collect it later from the insurance collection points to at the other end of the city) just to have it appear on the side of a road during a mission? NO. Again, for those who couldn't be bothered reading more than a few words of my post and rebuttals, it's a TEAM BASED f*ckING SPORT.

If you want to play with others, PLAY WITH OTHERS.

f*ck sake...

You DO know that player vehicles cannot be blown by any way, shape or form possible by other players? So your senseless excuse is not valid.

Hell I've red somebody here states that some butthurt twat spammed all his RPG rockets at his car for no apparent reason. Guess what? Not a single scratch happened to his car.

Stop being a lazy bum and jack a car off the streets or call your mechanic. Its MY bike, MY rights to say NO to let people drive it. I locked it to Passengers Only anyway.

You can use anything that is YOURS. It's not about being selfish. It's about mission success.

You can, however, run their car over in your tank.

Which I did earlier today, after the person giving me a lift to the mission they started and let me join, decided to kick me out of their car halfway to the mission marker, and then tried to repeatedly run me over, as well as shoot at the car I stole so I could drive to the mission myself.

Although I agree with what you're trying to say, you can quite literally just go "Request Personal Vehicle". Thank you, please try again later.

This. Before starting a mission I call for a PV. It's called having a plan.

Yes! Isn't part of the fun in owning 20 cars deciding which one your gonna take on missions for that day?

Or you can wait until you know which mission it is and just call your mechanic to get an appropriate vehicle!

I almost always use my Buffalo S. Fast, strong and gives plenty of cover for teammates.

Nah, go with the Coquette Classic. It's a two-seater, it's too low to be used as cover, and the handling isn't one of the best.

But hey, you'll look really cool when you inevitably cost everyone the mission.

Or I could use my hotrod blazer. Only seats one and provides no cover.

Well it really does depend on the mission, If I'm gonna do Base Invaders, I want my Turismo to get me there quick and to speed around the base

Landing Gear its great to have a bulletproof vehicle to take out the NPC's guarding the hangar, If your gonna use your Buzzard it doesn't really matter what you drive...

OP how about you bring your Dubsta 6X6 or Granger and YOU be the driver? go on, lead us by example and show LS how things should be done. then come back here and tell everyone how many people prefered to travel with you as oppose to taking their own PREFERED choice of car/bike.

on a side note. don't you think this thread has run it's course and you should request a lock. the majority of people here don't agreee with your premise, there is no other answer for you. no matter how long you leave this thread to run you will always be wrong.

have a great day and host your own missions (use closed matchmaking perhaps).

I'm not sure how he'll get randoms without open matchmaking.

Closed matchmaking is for, I don't know, people who only play with friends and crew. There's a lot of that. I use this option too. But if I want to play with randoms, I have to accept that sometimes, people do need a ride.

To get you started, the closest I can get to that statement, without translating back to "better than me" is "meum est optimus via", which is "Mine is the best way."

1. There is a request PV button, delivers the last one you drove. You have driven at least one of your 20 haven't you?

2. Your issues with bringing out your own car are not unique to you and your experience. You thought you were smarter than everyone else by leaving your PV home, but then you got left in the dust and made a thread about it. waaahh

3. Video games are not sports

Happy Tuesday : )
