I agree that it would be ideal to have everyone arrive at the same time, but here are some concerns I have by either being a passenger or being the taxi.

1. You got people who are so eager to get there first they die immediately when they get there, taking you along with them.

2. If i'm retrieving my buzzard, my passenger always takes control and messes up the mission.

3. If i'm in a car, half the time the passenger starts shooting out the window and attracts unwanted attention.

4. If you are a low level, you should get there last and keep out of the way so you don't die.

I stopped taking rides in supercars because the driver cashes so often my armor is depleted by the time we arrive.

To me it sounds more logical to drive on your own. It may not seem like a team effort by carpooling, but it doesn't seem more beneficial - more like just an emotional need.

Its the opposite for me, I get a 4 seater for a reason, hardly anyone wants to get in because they want to drive their zentornos

I hate getting into other cars because half the time they drive straight into the group of enemies and everyone dies...

Just a thought for the future, come heists if you cannot drive a vehicle without completely obliterating it in five minutes you will not make an efficient teammate.

I normally let players in my ride and even drive me to the location I don't mind it. But when someone blows up my ride or takes it, I purposely fail the mission.

I'm sure we've all experienced this at some point. A number of players spawn in a location at the beginning of a job and are unable to enter another players' vehicle because they either race off on their own or have locked their vehicle. It's especially galling when they honk honk honk their horn to offer you a ride but they haven't figured out they can set the vehicle preference option to be unlocked for passengers...

WHY?!?

Sometimes i'll honk for players to get in, but forget about the fact that I locked them a couple jobs ago.
Sometimes i'll drive off and take the mission from a different approach, like by calling in my Buzzard.

Sometimes the mission is cake and I don't really feel like waiting for them to walk to my car.

Eh. I used to leave mine set to everyone. Got tired of seeing my car wiz past me without me in it. People are only out for themselves.

This annoys me to no end. I'd blow my own car up if they drove off and it didn't cost anything to get it back.

Just a thought for the future, come heists if you cannot drive a vehicle without completely obliterating it in five minutes you will not make an efficient teammate.

I will drive off on my own, but I don't start the mission until everyone is in the area. The reason being, is stupid kids with miniguns blowing up my PV then leaving the mission.

I leave mine locked all the time unless your crew or friends. If you don't have a car by this point (well over a year since it came out) I don't feel bad for leaving you standing there like a idiot. I also hate it when randoms jump in then start unloading clips for no reason which usually result in wacked out traffic and cops which is never needed.

Lazy asses will always want to be driven. In real life mummy does it for them in her minivan. .....

I'll wait until you run towards another car, once everyone is at a car I am gone.

I always use my Elegy RH8 for missions since it's quick and provides good cover, most people want to ride in a Super though.

Was thinking of getting a Huntley S for missions, but the way people play just makes it seem pointless since no one wants to roll together.

I always offer a ride as long as a have space.

It's a co-op mission. Not singleplayer-synchronized.

I always lock mine cuz some asshole who shows up in his slow as sh*t car always wants to take my infernus or zentorno.

They mean passengers being locked , not being the driver.

I will give others a ride but I won't be a passenger as I encounter many who drive too close to objective and dead before out of car.

To add:

If I've learned anything, I'd rather have you people in the same car than having to avoid near-death crashes you people make while in separate cars.

I don't mind if you're too hot shiznit to be someone's "bitch-boy driver"/ to have to be "driven like what mommy does" and decide to speed off in your supercar.

But if you cost me a mission because your driving is as good as your social skills, I'm dropping your ass, and I'm leaving. I win, we'll always be 1-0 my win, and there's jack f*cking sh*t you can do about it.

People driving a ratloader as a pv are more worthy of respect than every prk driving a super or sports.

Not in a mission, we don't want to wait in Sandy Shores for twenty minutes while you putz down the road like Fred Sanford!

No hooptie's on missions!

whats the point of leaving a member behind? what ifthey have no rides? what if they too low of a level to afford one? F*CK all you selfish bastards who honks the horn (for you to get in..) only to leave cause you have no access.

If they cant afford one they can steal one of the 10 - 20 driving right in front of them!

Should we give them a rifle too?

Don't show up for missions unprepared, if you do, you are the DB, not the players who refuse to support you! :miranda:

I don't usually offer rides because I'll be heading to get my buzzard or occasionally a possible tank on Chemical Extraction, I would offer heli rides but you can't lock player 2 missiles, and some random jackass 98% of the time is bound to take the manual rocket despite the pilots auto aim rockets being being twice as fast and generally more effective. So I just don't offer rides so I can go to my heli alone.

THIS! the main reason why you should never expect a ride, we might not be going to the same place.

I prefer being the passenger and im usually in missions with friends who dont mind driving, I just leave my schafter behind, if anybody wants to hop in I dont mind! even in freemode, if im not using or planning to use my car il leave it open.

Not the mission. I just win over the person in question, in general. You know, 'cause I owned him, and he can't own me back. I win, permanently. Isn't that how it works?

I mean duh we both lose if I leave. Especially if I took the other dudes with me.

WHY?!?

I mean... Jobs demanding multiple players are obviously easier WITH everyone working together, not a lone wolf maverick doing it alone! And if they wanted that why the hell would they join a job with other players anyway?!

And if they honk their horn to offer you a ride and their vehicle is locked down it's their fault, not mine! The time it takes to open up a message and type 'Vehicle is locked!!!' and send it the other players are halfway to the mission start and it's quicker to just boost a random vehicle on the road and make your own way there!

Not every player always has their own vehicle in use during the game either. I usually start jobs first when heading online for a few sessions, plus the odds of having your own vehicle getting trashed by some random session twat are fairly high so I rarely take my prized vehicles out of my garage.

Rule of thumb; if you WANT to take other players along with you to a job, make sure you understand how to operate your damn vehicle preferences!

Why should I give a lift to any strangers? Its my car,If you don't have your own car steal it from any npc

Beacuse it's a f*cking cooperative job. 90% of mission failed are caused by people like you.

When players like you are incompetent, you sure have tonnes of excuses or just blaming it on others,I'm more than capable of completing any missions single handed without any help from jabronis the likes of you.Learn to be independant & not count on anyone to provide you any assistance of any kind & that includes giving you lame ass cheapos a lift in missions

To those saying "get your own car, this isn't a taxi" and such, with no reasons attached: you are douchebags. Plain and simple: douchebags.

i sometimes offer a ride to the mission start to be nice.

If i'm going anywhere other than the start location i lock the doors so people don't end up going where they don't want to go. I also judge people on how they look before i let them in, wankers with monkey masks and full body tattoos etc will not be allowed in my car. I also won't get in a car that is sh*t i.e zentorno/adder or cars with terrible paint and wheels etc. Other than that you're free to get in my car.
