Some advice on your missing muskets

Like everyone else I loved the Musket, I had it on all 4 of my characters over two psn accounts. Unfortunately like a lot (most?) people I lost 3 of the 4 with the 1.16 patch. I didn't notice until later because I most use the character which still had the musket. Anyway was just going to forget about the musket but after getting on the PS4 I decide I should really see if something can be done. So I finally got around to putting a ticket in with rockstar support about three weeks ago.

 

They responded to my ticket fairly fast and said they would get onto it when someone had time (I was in the queue). Anyway this went on for one week, two weeks... then I started posting in the support forums. Hey what about my ticket?? they kept ignore it so every few days I'd ask again. Eventually I got a guy to respond who fixed it for me straight away. Now I have two muskets back, both that were missing on my second account. So my advice is you can actually get your muskets back (I really didn't think they had the ability to add them back when I started this as I hadn't heard any feedback on people having them returned, but you have to be persistent about it. So yeah, just some feedback that you can get them back and how I went about it. Good luck!.

I lost mine on two characters, thought about putting in a support ticket, but IMO the Musket isn't worth the effort.

The support team can add any item except vehicles to your account. Radio shirts, weapons etc... can be added as I've had this done already.

My musket is still there but I want to ask why there are so many missions missing from my start menu list.

Its a heaps awesome gun if you like a challenge in missions. I have a character where I only use the musket and hatchet. I like to sit them down with the musket and finish them with the hatchet.
