Possible Minnesota LCPDFR Clan

For almost 2 years now I've been trying to start an LCPDFR clan based on an agency in Minnesota. Unfortunately, I've had no luck what so ever. So now I'm gonna leave it up to the forum, would anyone be interested in joining a Minnesota clan? And if so, what agency would you like to see it model? I've thought of some agencies such as Minneapolis PD, St. Paul PD, Ramsey County SO, Hennepin County SO, Anoka County SO, Dakota County SO, Duluth PD, Bloomington PD, St. Cloud PD, etc. So if I get enough people who would like to join any of the previously listed agencies as a clan, please let me know and I would be happy to start it up, but to prompt this I want at least 3 to 5 people to be able to join on the spot and stay dedicated until the clan can get off and rolling.
