Remove player names from extended map?

Anyone know how to remove the player name tags from the extended map on PS4?

 

I like to use the extended map when i'm playing, but when I use it for the PS4 I get big player name tags all over the map.

 

I know there was a way to turn them off on the PS3 when you used the extended map, but I can't seem to find the option to turn it off for the PS4.

Yeah I believe there was a way on PS3 ... Try the interaction menu first. If not then press pause and go to online then settings. Check through the display settings or other general settings and see what you find. If not, then it may be something that was by passed with the introduction of the game on new consoles... more then likely will come with a minor update..

have the same problem love the extended map but the names are in the way on PS4...anyone have an answer as to how to fix this?
