I spent a boat load of money on my female character and I don't really want her anymore and I want to return to my higher ranked character (with all the money that I spent.) Do I get any of that back?

no dude if you spent your money its gone lol put whatever money you have left on your main before deleting your second character. there has also been an issue where deleting your second character will remove all your pegasus vehicles. Not sure if this issue has been resolved and it does not happen to everyone.
