Can you sell cars in your garage without wait times? If so, I wanna sell 90% of my garage without waiting.

I think exclusive cars can be sold without the wait, but you'll have to wait after selling street cars you have in your garage.

I have a second character and recently sold off all their cars. As said above, you can sell any car you bought from either of the 2 websites with no delay between each sale. Any car you stole is subject to the 1 a day (48 mins) wait time

Yep, to counter the car cloners who were selling everything on the second character repeatedly by logging out and in again. Usual lazy ass rockstar way of fixing something. Just remove/break it on purpose and the rest of us pay the price.

they added that restriction while trying to clean the mess of the Hookers glitch.

 

i remember we used to have 4 pegasus spawn points for tanks/monster truck within the city(the race track, teather, vespussi police station, beach) back in july the Indepence patch, if you ordered a vehicle and it got delivered to thenpolice station, the moment to go near the vehicle would despawn and spawn again... in Fort Zancudo!!

 

in a R* classic way, instead of fixing the spawn issue, they simply removed the police station spawn point.
