GTA stories?

Am i the only one around here who doesnt care for LCS/VCS? ive beat both of them twice 100% (ps2 and psp) but i have no intention of ever playing them again. i can understand if LCS/VCS was your first GTA but for those who had III/VC i see no comparison.

Yeah the stories had some improved gameplay, but they lack the wholeness of III/VC. The stories were ultimately hand held spin offs for sonys new PSP. i highly doubt if it wasnt for the PSP the stories wouldnt exist.

I started with III and I thought LCS was a pretty good game, one of the best plots for what it's worth. Hell, if it still had the same graphical style & atmosphere as III had, it would most likely surpass it.

I don't care much about VCS though. Her vows were unkempt. I hope she dies old and alone.

LCS may be somewhat underwhelming as a GTA game, but it had its merit as a proper 3D GTA on the go.

I enjoyed VCS a lot, not more than VC but I did.
III was hella fun when I played, but I hated LCS!
I mean, I started to play LCS right after getting 100% in SA, and I couldn't adapt myself to how much the game is inferior to SA!
In LCS the graphics are horrible, you can't strafe while aiming, can't roll, melee combat is dumb, the aiming system is overall horrible, you can't even crouch or climb up walls and jump over fences!!!
I understand that the game was severely limited because it was a port for the PSP, but i played the PS2 version and I honestly think R* seriously dropped the ball with that game.

this. it was a spin off designed for a portable console. should have stayed that way. R* isnt going to port those games to PC.

I started up with VC & III. I bought stories later on. LCS was the first one I purchased. Back then, I was really interested in knowing what had happened before the events of III & VC. I always found both the stories to be fun, although they were limited to consoles.

Yeah VCS was kind of a bit disapointing although as "universetwisters" said LCS has a nice plot and that intro music I can't never hear it without having chills LOLOLOLOL, for me nothing is going to ever pass the feeling of playing GTA III for the first time and having to change the camera to an upper view LOLOLOLOL I was so used to play the older versions that 3D for me was weird as hell at first LOLOLOLOL anyway LCS it's a nice game VCS not so much but it does have a few nice additions like the different taxi fare missions and I kind of like the helicopter fire missions and rescue but yes in terms of plot and characters it's way behind any of the 3D era games.
