I was flying around LS and noticed something strange about the skyscraper under construction. There seemed to be a band of white around one of the levels.

 

I looked closer, landed on the building. I walked up the ramp to the next level and saw that the whiteness was from ice forming on the walls and floors. My breath was steaming. None of the other levels had this happening.

 

So what's the punchline?
