Always seem to get a bounty for jacking a car off the street and get a $1000k bounty. I killed three people who tired to get my bounty and got shot by the fourth. Its a pain in the ass. Im a low level to so its a challenge.

...so you say you don't like "spontaneous killing" yet you drive over and randomly pop someone minding their own business and interrupt what they were doing because they stole a car from an NPC earlier?

 

You're just as much an ass as any other bounty hunter and I'd have fun killing you over and over again. Giving me half the money would only make it worse.

No courtesy here. It's money, so I'll blow up their car if I have to, or just shoot and kill them. Only time I've shared the bounty is if someone helps me out (I claim the bounty and someone extracts me in a helicopter), or they were in the car with me. Other than that, if I'm making all the effort and wasting my ammo/explosives, I keep all the money.

idk, believe it or not, randoms sometimes break me off half the cash after killing me when i had a bounty.

Yesterday i literally could not get anyone to kill me in a session. I was exploring interiors when in between my passive mode times going in and out of buildings some lvl 10 who just saw lester randomly put a bounty on me. I literally walked up to people saying to take the bounty stood in the middle of the road and screamed kill me but nobody would. Even this one guy i pulled a gun on. I shot him twice and he beat me up till i almost died then ran away. Geez in a game where random asshats are trying to kill you it took 20 mins to get somone to kill me when i was giving people every opportunity to.

Exactly twice in 6000 bounties and in both cases the chase was pretty epic and the hunter and I ended up becoming friends. Its extremely rare for me to come across a bounty that I consider challenging or worthy of splitting the money with.

Once I did claim a bounty and the victim texted me and said "send me half now" to which i replied "ha. f*ck no. if you want it come get it."

This thread gave me a great idea. Im going to protect whoever has a bounty. Ill be their personal body guard.

 

Only challenge is convincing the bounty you are on his side and not falling victim to auto aim

 

They die. By any means necessary. The money is 100% mine. And I always go after them. It's one of my main things to do and has been from day one. I like it best when they hide in their apartment and fall for the old 'ring the bell then quickly walk a short distance away from the door so that they can't buzz me in but walk outside instead' trick. Bounty get!

Sometimes when I have a bounty I enter thru my garage and take the elevator up to my apt and wait by the door for a few minutes incase anyone buzzes so I can quickly grant them access and f*ck with them via text.

I kill bounties if im bored, or if im low on money. and i dont share the money but i make sure to tell them its not personal. i also never use stickies or explosives.
