30 Player Lobbies...At What Cost?

As you have all realized by now, GTAO still has significant limitations compared to Story Mode.

 

With new consoles came hope that frames per second would rise, vehicle speed caps would be lifted, and wildlife would exist...

 

If R* had kept the player limit at 16 (or even 20), is it possible that they could have improved those aforementioned issues?

Next gen still has framerate issues? Thats not what ive been led to believe.

rockstar certainly has made one poor decision after another when it comes to keeping GTA:O life entertaining and enjoyable... maybe at some point when its near death they will smarten up
