Like others, I transferred to PS4 on day one. I was happy with the new passive mode and I was very happy that there were no glitches or hackers.

 

Less than one month later and that has changed.

 

Last night we had several hackers in our lobby at the same time. They were able to stand near you, arms at their sides, no visible weapon, and shoot you down. They turned regular helicoptors into helicoptors of death shooting various projectiles. They were able to blow up buzzards, tanks and your personal car without even being near you. When you called to replace your car, you, not them, had to pay for it. 10 of us voted to kick one of them and some how they were able to completely remove all of the votes and on and on it went.

 

Now I'm not butt hurt or whatever, but it angers me that Rockstar has ZERO respect for players who follow the rules and just want to have fun playing the game the way it's supposed to be played.

 

Not only did I drop $60 for the Next Gen version of the game, I also have to pay for a Play Station Plus membership to play online.

 

It's worthless to complain to the Better Business Bureau because they are "in bed" with Rockstar and other companies. I worked for the BBB of Central Florida years ago, rose to 3rd in command and we were "encouraged" to always bend over backwards for the companies and as such the companies, like Disney, gave us MAJOR kickbacks, so I know how dirty the BBB is.

 

Rockstar says they want "concrete proof" and three of us sent them videos and still they refused to take action. Rockstar contnues to promote and reward Teddy and Dom (and others) and they're the biggest hackers/glitchers in the game.

 

Rockstar has made BILLIONS of dollars from us. Why should they care about the hackers now?

There are no hackers on PS4.

 

None.

One- If you were operating under the delusion PS4 wouldn't or couldn't suffer from modders, you really brought this pain on yourself.

Two- Modders, not hackers.

Three- Here's the thing about reporting people, amigo. It doesn't matter if you report a person. In general, most of those reported are ignored until a good pile of reports on that user are present and even then most likely it's off to Bad Sport unless they did something severe like mega money glitching. I know a lot of people suffer from special snowflake issues of "WHY WONT ROCKSTAR DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!?!?!?!", but in truth these guys are few and far between so unless you have a recording of their behaviour, your only course of action is to report them for modding and switch sessions. These people who bitch and moan about 'Screw it, I'm not giving those modders the satisfaction of me leaving!' is about as logical as going 'I'm not going to give that fire the satisfaction of burning my house down with me running from it!' All you're doing is letting them relish in torturing you by staying, Leaving and giving their sh*tty lives a brief moment of assumed victory is better than sitting there huddled in a corner crying over why a modder is being mean to you when all you have to do is switch sessions this kind of garbage happens.

Go in your appartment/house and record their gameplay and send it to R*s banhammer email. Easy to do on ps4 and there will be less modders atm. You can't say they don't care or else they wouldn't have a modders/cheaters pool... or even a email address to report these f*ckers to. They'll just have their hands full doing ten things at once, can't say the don't care even though sometimes it feels like that!

 

on 1.14 I think it was... If you went to kick a modder it would crash you... so it was a case of let the god-moder in your DM or you crash out and he gets in anyway!

Please provide the videos you sent to Rockstar. I'm remarkably surprised that they got back to you so quickly to tell you that they're refusing to do anything about it.

This. PS4's not been cracked yet, so there's zero chance of modders atm. OP's got trolled by a lagswitcher or he's talking out his rear.

Sorry, my bad, and you're absolutely right. I was referring to them using a modded menu, which was created using techniques discovered by an actual hacker, and then turned into a simple list of instructions with a script file to download.

 

Bad choice of words on my part. I should have just used the word "plebs".

Ps4 and xbox one have not been hacked to run unsigned code...op is a liar.
