Looking For PS4 Crew

I am looking for an active PS4 crew to join. Must be mature and not full of squeakers that mess around all the time. I love racing and doing jobs, randomness is ok if its not blowing eachothers sh*t up over and over. I am quiet on mic but will talk more once I get to know people.
