Confirmation On Transfering Achievments/Trophies

I heard if you transfer from 360 to One or PS3 to PS4 you will have all the achievements you have already unlocked unlocked on that version as well. Is that confirmed? Could someone confirm that for me?

All online trophies transfer, if you have trouble with some of them transferring try this

 

Play with your secondary character (this should unlock most of the ones that didn't popped)

Rank up, this should unlock rank trophies

 

Please consider that my trophies didnt popped up fully (at least before doing this), but I transfered the same day the game was released. Yesterday I platinumed the game

What about singeplayer trophies/ achievments? Also does the Xbox One version share the same achievment list as the 360 version (same with PS4 and PS3 versions)

Single player achievements doesn't transfer (unless they somehow glitch, I got my stunt jump trophy when transferring), and the achievements are the same between ps3 and ps4, with a secret trophy (Play 15 hours in FPV)

by "same achiement list" i mean will you have two separate lists for the Xbox One and Xbox 360 versions? (kinda what they did with a game like Halo Spartan Assault, the Xbox 360 and Xbox One had separate achievment lists therefore would have two instances of Halo Spartan Assault in your Xbox Live achievment list)

Yes the achievement lists are separate... and during the transfer you can get all of the ones you earned last-gen to pop(though not everyone, including myself got all of them despite getting the platinum on the PS3 version) some people received achievements that they never got, i.e a rank 50 getting the rank 100 achievement out of nowhere.

 

It is possible to get the "Show Off" achievement Online.

Oh, sorry I thought same trophies in different lists. One will appear as PS3/360 and the other as PS4/X1.

I got Show Off and the One you get for modifying a car to the max when I got online, and both trophies are Single Player

Yeah those are obtainable Online, as well as the one to fully mod a weapon.
