Jesus Christ, the more I see people calling him a liar, the more I can see the stuff he actually said, are in there.

 

There's gonna be snow.

We got new vehicles.

You can hold snowballs (balls balls weapon?)

A Christmas tree in the apartment (looking at random code, I can imagine why he would think it was a new apartment)

New clothes (he was right)

New masks (he was, again right)

 

While it's not heists, this just proves that Rockstar looks at this forum.

 

I truly believe if nobody said sh*t about anything, heists would have come out on the 23rd, along with the Christmas update.

 

They're punishing the guys who found out, yet rewarding the guys who had no idea.

 

I believe Nillz was right all along. Rockstar was just smarter and quicker than him.

he also mentioned 2 new weapons which we got mines and a stinger launcher. he was hit and miss 60/40 thats not bad its better than getting nothing right

He also had the vehicles' classes right: classic and sports. BTW, didn't know we could hold snowballs?

The whole snow thing, that we will see if there's any drastic change when it starts snowing.

 

Regardless, he found something. He was never pulling anything out of his ass. He found the files, and read them to the best of his ability.

Yeah I don't remember the snow ball thing either.. I just took it as face value that he said that.

 

New vehicles and weapons... again you could chalk that up to pretty easy guess if you look at past DLCs.

 

Even if it didn't come out for Xmas, the next DLC that came out was going to have those item types.

I think I might have been more hyped for CnC than Heists.

 

I'm happy with what came out though.. I would have been happy with far less actually since it's free to me.

 

I'll be very sad indeed if CnC is never a thing though.

I think the guy was right as well, but because of him they went ahead and put out the heists trailer, pushed back the release date and added the xmas update today instead of on the 23rd.. That and because of kids getting out for xmas break..

The classes were actually not correct...He mentioned 3 vehicles (we got 4) not complaining but he said sports classic and sports and we got muscles and sports.

And focusing on the things that did not come true does not discredit the rest.

Like with the Flight School update leaks - just because the Hydra did not come there (and is coming now anyway) does not mean that the info about Besra, Miljet and Coquette Classic was a lie because those came.

I swear, this is like those Pokemon leaks on /vp/ back in the day which were so uncannily accurate, and yet after release people were still insulting the leakers because a little few things were not accurate.

Well people do like arguing over minutiae.

I think we should discuss things in this thread with the assumption that Nillxmodz is for real. Because it is much more exciting to be an optimist than a pessimist. All the arguing about whether if he's legit or not is a bit fruitless and boring.

Because a homing rocket launcher is quite far from that, literally the only thing in common is the "launcher" part. There are also the proximity mines, which haven't been heard about at all. It's not just the fact that there are four cars (And three of them simply reskins for the matter, the only "brand new" vehicle is the Slamvam which is just ported from TLaD), it's also that they are sports and muscles, not classics. 8 new Christmas clothing items? Nope.

I'll have to hand it to him on something though: He said new interiors would only be available to PS4/ Xbox One. I don't know to what extent a Christmas three counts as a "new interior", but I'm definitely not seeing it here on my PS3. That's, errrm... Something, I guess? Wow, he got one thing right, I guess that proves he's legit.

 

EDIT: Aaaaaaand I take back my last statement, it just didn't load at first for some reason but the Christmas tree already appears in my apartment. Directly contradicting NillixModz statement that new interior content would be a PS4 / Xbone exclusive. Dunno how so many people are still in denial here, the best thing we can say is that maybe a homing rocket launcher is the equivalent to the stupid baubles cannon he described and that maybe a f*cking Christmas three in the hallway counts as the new interior he described. Since both things are just a small "Maybe", and relatively to all he said, I think this can be concluded with a NO.

I don't see As street lights.

I have already said that I didn't doubt he looked at the files but he added things that didn't come just to hype people up and promote his forum.

The only thing I will give him credit for is the launcher part.

That is literally the only remote thing he has got right.

Just to clarify, I've only ever said one thing he said was a lie, and that's because it was. You can't decrypt hashed data - that's the whole point of hashing something. It makes it a checksum value for comparing against data in the future, to see whether or not it has changed. He stated that he had decrypted some hashed data.

There are differences in textures (Like the chrome in the front grill) and it is now "backless", but the model is still almost the same as the one in TLaD, and you can bet it was simply extracted and edited. I doubt they went through the process of recreating the entire truck again.

Well according to NillxModz we were supposed to get a holiday themed Cops N Crooks mission with the Holiday Update which turned out to be BS.

And the debate in here is all about whether NillixModz baseless bullsh - I mean, "leaks", were right or not. A lot of people are confident he is right because there is a heat-seeking rocket launcher and he said there would be some sort of launcher (even although he described it as an entirely different silly weapon that would instead fire baubles) and because a Christmas tree appears in your apartment and he said there would be exclusive apartment interiors in the update (although saying a tree counts as a new interior is beyond debatable).

A car or a bike with a livery has always been considered a separate car. It's categorized that way in the car vehicle lists...thus it is a "new" car.
