The irony is delicious. You've just as strong an emotional urge to post over a dozen opinions, all overly pessimistic, without any provocation. I get it, it feels good to be potentially right, but you've taken it to a weird extreme.

A dozen opposing opinions vs 41 pages of people fapping to an 8x10 glossy of NillxModz hunched over a keyboard? Things are certainly being taken to extremes in this thread. And then some. The people making logical, rational, non-hype-induced posts are not the guilty party here.

There's no negativity. All he's suggesting is that everyone chill out until we have some concrete information. The butthurt and backlash from everyone to an opposing view is downright scary, tho'. He's not saying it won't happen. He's simply pointing out that no one has posted any proof, at all, that what this guy is saying is accurate. People here are acting like it's the gospel truth, though. Apparently, logic and critical thinking have no place amongst all this hysteria over a tweet from some leaker guy that some other leaker guy vouches for...

If this is a hoak, which I sorely doubt, it's one of the most elaborate I've seen. The purported content all seems conceivable and the features pertaining to the Christmas content, gradient controlled snow, the Red Sky effect and the Christmas apartment would be very Rockstar-esque. Usually when someone is masquerading as a leaker they make errors which cast doubt on their claims. From what I've read of these leaks, they all seem plausible.

 

I'm erring on the side of optimism regarding these leaks. I also believe if it's being released on the 23rd Rockstar will want to maximise excitement of their most coveted piece of DLC yet, so it stands to reason that we'll see a trailer this week. This really would have the potential to revive Online so I hope we're not being duped.

If he's pulling the stuff from his ass, he certainly seems to be putting a lot of effort by creating a forum and everything. Once the DLC comes out everyone knows if he's full of sh*t. But tbh we can't prove or disprove him at this point. We'll just have to wait and see.

Actually no I don't. I wasn't as active here a year ago. But you might be right. But a lot of what Nillxmodz is saying isn't as over the top as something like a DLC with a new area to roam around in freely. Although all this stuff about CNC mixed with heists just sounds a bit eh... R* has worked on the heists for long though so I'm not gonna rule it out. But I'm not really gonna take any sides on if he's fake or not, because like I said we can't prove it yet.

I try to analyze what we get, and as far as I know, I'm free to state why I think it's bullcrap. It might actually be your problem if you feel like I'm taking it to an "extreme" by simply expressing my opinion.

I see your point, but it's clear that he is not going to convince those who believe that Nillxmodz is legit, and the DLC will drop. What's the point of arguing through pages? I also understand that he doesn't believe in Nillx's statements, but I think it would have been enough to state it once or twice. And not continuously talking about how this leak story is fake, and how is this not going to happen, which is plain negativity..

 

And I didn't mean to be offensive towards him, or anyone else, who doesn't believe this story, but it seemed, that this thread is going to end up in a huge fight between him and the rest of the commenters..

I'm highly sure that tornadoes do not happen in California.Why don't we put a blizzard DLC while we're at it? Tsunamis, volcanic eruptions too? Since we're being oh so realistic about weather conditions.

I'm highly sure that tornadoes do not happen in California.Why don't we put a blizzard DLC while we're at it? Tsunamis, volcanic eruptions too? Since we're being oh so realistic about weather conditions.

I was only (kind of) joking about tornado dlc but they already did snow last year so it's not far off from blizzard dlc. I don't see any harm in having temporary crazy weather conditions. Even if they aren't unique to the area.
