But ok, since you didn't bother to watch the movie or google, here's the anwser:
-get out of the car you want to leave running, the car should have it's engine off;
-press any attack button, I do it unnarmed to avoid police attention;
-soon as the attack animation ends, hop in your car;
-now here timing is essential, soon as you hear the car engine revving up, leave the car;
-PRESTO!

P.S.: When you have a wanted level, you character leaves the car engine running by default.

That link didn't take me to a video, it took me to some smart-assed "google it" page. It did not answer my question... So a little complaining felt in order. I'm sorry though, I forgot the entire point of these forums was to whine incessantly about R*'s failure to release the mythical heist, and nothing else, least of all asking questions/giving answers.
