gunziness
Hello everyone! I downloaded a MOD for the rancher for GTAIV, and all I want to do is delete the front suspension from both wheels: Those 2, off the vehicle. Why? cause they are glitched; when the suspension is not compressed, their textures get streched thru the roof and its very irritating and ugly looking. So, if anyone who has a registered copy of Zmodeler or any other 3D modelling program can do me this favor, I would greatly apreciate it! Thanks in advance! Heres the wft and wtd files: http://tinyurl.com/p36up67 EDIT: heres a video showing the glitch: Edited December 11, 2014 by gunziness
PhillBellic
I would suggest you contact the modeler of that vehicle directly and link them to the video showing the glitch. Additionally, if the vehicle came with a supplied handling line, I'd suggest you use it. Often the handling line has flags which changes the suspension type. Finally, most vehicle modelers lock their vehicles, in effect making third party modeling changes impossible.
occupant
Agreed, I think this is a modeler issue. I have a 1980 Ford Bronco model for use as the Rancher and any time you turn and/or hit bumps, the suspension bits up front shoot through the hood way up into the air. I had a Tahoe model before that did the same thing. I tried adjusting suspension travel in the handling line and it had no effect on the problem.
