How To Download & Install Design Your Own Missions?

How To Download?

1. Open DYOM Website.

2. Click "Download Mod" in "DYOM Links".

3. Choose the Latest Version and Download the Modification.

4. Click "CLEO Library" in "DYOM Links".

5. Download CLEO Script.

How To Install?

1. Open The DYOM Archive.

2. Extract it's Files in: "My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files".

3. Open CLEO Setup.

4. Choose your GTA San Andreas Directory (The Directory which will only work which have CLEO Script installed).

5. Open the Game and choose "New game" in "Start game" then Choose "Design your own missions".

How To use (Tutorial)?

1. Open the DYOM Link.

2. See the Tutorials in the Videos In the modification's Description.

I have my own tutorial for "Storyline Menu". He it is...

 

 

Storyline Menu>

However,storyline is a group of missions that has its own story.Just like the GTA:San Andreas,there's 100 missions.And the missions is based on CJ's Story. The storyline is appearing when the dyom has been loaded,but if you have a DSL folder and has dyomx.dat files,it will be seen in the map.

To do that too,you shall know these functions:

When you go to Storyline Menu,there's too many words like "Test Storyline","Clear Storyline",etc.You shall know these functions:

Test Storyline- this will test the storyline.

Clear Storyline- this will clear the selected storyline.

Mission Menu-

Save file to DSL- this will save the selected DYOMx.DAT file to your DSL.Saving the file to DSL will allow you to create a sphere(commonly known as checkpoint),a sphere is a checkpoint that if you have walked over the sphere,the mission will start.Just like in GTA San Andreas,when you walked one of the sphere,the mission will be started.

Save file as intro- this will save the selected DYOMx.DAT file to DSL,too.But with this,the selected DYOMx.DAT will be started as intro.Intro isn't a mission(sometimes,someone make this as mission).This is just like a mission but this will appear in the very first part of the storyline.Just like when you started the new game (Start Game>New Game (Standard) ) CJ is in the taxi then Tenpenny and his men chase CJ,that's what we call "Intro".

Save file as outro- this will save the selected DYOMx.DAT file to DSL.And this one will be started as outro.Outro isn't a mission too.But this isn't as like as intro.The intro plays from the first part of the storyline while outro plays from the last part of the storyline.There's an outro in GTA San Andreas too.But the outro has only credits,actors,authors,etc... That's what we called "Outro".

Load mission from DSL- this will load and play the storyline with missions only.

Load intro mission- this will play the intro of the storyline.

Load outro mission- this will play the outro of the storyline.

Make storyline autorun- this will make the storyline auto-run.To know that the storyline is auto-run,Start a new game>New game>then choose the DYOM.Then if the dyom has been loaded,CJ won't spawn for now,because the storyline is about to play because it's autorun.

Add missiontrigger- this will add a sphere(checkpoint) in selected place.But when you're adding a mission trigger,you shall save the file you want to be triggered to DSL Folder.Then if you're adding missiontrigger,you will put the filename of the dyomx.dat.Then you will choose a place where you want to make a sphere to make that mission run.Press Y or N for the icon.Icon is place near the N on the map.After that,you will be asked for the reward of the mission.Then next,you'll be asked for what number of missiontrigger will able to make this mission able. For example.I have a mission "The War",and its name in DSL is DYOM1.DAT. Next mission is "Help Sweet",and its name in DSL is DYOM2.DAT.Well,let's start the example. I want to trigger my mission DYOM1.DAT,add mission trigger>enter filename(DYOM1.DAT)>Reward>No. of trigger to make this mission able. 0 (Note. put 0 to make the mission able in the first part) That's it!

Edit missiontrigger- this will edit the nearest sphere.

Remove missiontrigger- this will delete the nearest sphere.

So here it ends...
