What HD TV settings do you guys run?

I never really looked into it too much but would you say that picture settings should be different from Cinema/Movie settings? For instance, I find that people love using Warm 1 as the color temp, but if you set it as cool, the colors look normal. I'm guessing Warm 1 is basically to bring out the skin tone?

 

Do you guys run any extra software on your TV like Noise Reduction? I find most of the processing software gives you less FPS than if you just disabled it. This is currently the TV I have

Does HDMI really matter? I mean, of course it's better than component. What I mean is, is it worth getting the USB 2.0 cords that have the fiber wrapped around them for noise reduction? Or is that just some selling point for retailers to rip you off?

 

For the 360, does color space matter? It seems less colors get washed out if I have expanded.
