Grand Touring Car Appreciation

My pick is the Furore GT. To me its the only car in the sports class that isn't boring to drive or flat out ugly. Not only that but the name just rolls off the tongue and damnit this car is just perfect in my eyes.

Really ought to get some new shots of my old-gen cars - must admit, I've been spending a lot of time in my brand-new Furore, so they've been going somewhat neglected... Anyhoo, here's my contingent:










Decided to leave the F620 and the Furore 'factory-fresh', so to speak, while for the Massacro and Rapid GT, I figured I'd give 'em the 'track car' treatment - spoilers and all (look up the HAMANN Ferrari California track car as a great real-life example).

man these are some nice looking GT´s well done on your part!

the only car of yours that (in my opinion) needs a respray i the pigalle,its too bright.

Nope. It looks like it was tuned by a crappy 3rd party tuner, not even Brabus. It most definitely doesn't look manufacture.

 

But what pissed me off is how modifications they did to the Feltzer were mandatory and not just options. I loved the old Feltzer and I wish we could have it back.

Here are my grand tourers. Yes, I put my Stinger, JB700, Z-Type, Monroe, and Coquette Classic in here because I felt that they would have fit the definition during their respective time periods.

To be fair Rockstar has never made it its job to rip off whole a real vehicle. Just to take elements and create something new. But anyway, this isn't the bash the Feltzer thread. Let's see some sexy GTs.

I know it isn't the bash Feltzer thread but I'm just saying, it would've been a damn fine car if it would've returned the same. Now all we can hope for is this sexy thing:

 

Is the Banshee considered a grand tourer? No. It's too brash, too bare bones, not really built for cruising, and in theory pretty uncomfortable. It is a fun car to take for long drives but it doesn't feel luxurious and it doesn't look so elegant.

 

BTW, I'm going to do a mini-review of my Carbonizzare with loads of pictures this weekend so look forward to that if you're interested.

Mariner Blue + Diamond Blue Pearl. I think Ultra Blue and maybe Ultra Blue + Bluish Silver Pearl fits the Massacro better.
