Gta online losing plate on cars

Hi I'm new here so I don't know if this has been brought up. But after several months I started my gta online and noticed my plates are reverted to standars (I had my tag name before) and now they are all gone, on all cars. How do I revert it? I don't have the option of choosing the custom plate in the mechanics.

Or you could be a little helpful and post a link to a thread. People like this guy join, get replies like yours and turn into pr!cks who spam endlessly.

 

Anyway, OT: Open up a support ticket with R* games.

 

Funnily enough, I did this just yesterday.

 

They will ask for:

 

1) Your D.o.b on the Social Club website

2) How your current plate is displayed.

 

Make sure you add this in your initial ticket because they're slow enough as it is replying to things and the fewer correspondences, the faster your issue will be fixed...or it least tell you they're working on it aka swimming in their champagne'd filled swimming pools.
