Same here. I did see "everyone leave" at one point, but within a couple of minutes it was back up to 10 players and kept rising after that.

I played in a Public Session for a good 15 mins before I got bored and managed to play a 10 min DM and Join a Race (I left but could still join players)..About a 500% improvement after the PS4 Patch for me being Online. Though I am sure more issues will appear soon and R* support will say the problem is with us end users again.

Well the game just came out, so you can expect that for at least the next 2 or 3 months the game will be filled up and active.

He's referring to the fact that a lot of players have been experiencing issues maintaining a full lobby.
