GTA V: Clock matching with time (PS4)

So a few nights ago I noticed the clock on each characters' phones was stuck on 19:20 after I finished the mission "The Third Way" (or Mrs. Philips/ Damaged Goods for Trevor, I forgot). So anyway I did a few things to try to get the clock moving again, until eventually I quit the game and restarted it. When the game was finished loading, the clock was fixed, however the clock was at 19:32 I think. Does it matter that the game was supposed to be at 19:20, or can it be around it like 19:30? If it's messed up, I don't have any previous saves to go back to, so if it's messed up then that sucks. Also, I saved later on so my save file isn't around 19:00, it's like at 1:00 (night) now. So like what I said, is my game fine with the clock/time? Or is it messed up? When I'm asking "Is it messed up?" I'm trying to say for example, the clock says 19:30 but it's actually supposed to be 19:20
