Freeroam won't load after mission

Twice today I've completed a mission, selected freeroam & then had to close GTA V because GTA O stays on the loading screen.

 

Anyone else have this problem?

YES. Constantly stuck in clouds for average of 3minutes after exiting selection screen. And yes I really timed it and calculated an average. Math keeps me from FFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUU

This is a known outstanding issue that Rockstar has yet to resolved. If I do job I do them til I am done because I have to restart almost always after a job.
