Exe block?

Hi. This is the first time I post in this part of the forum so I really hope it's the right place to post. And if it's not then please point me in the right direction.

Can someone tell me how to completly block an exe from executing in windows forever. I tried all kinds of solutions but most of them sounds like this:
"Go to the exe path and block it". Yeah right. What if someone changes the path, exe name... Uhhh. Here's what I need:

An exe blocking program with a password option that could be able to recognize the specific exe file no matter where it's located or what name it has.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

There is no such thing as security that cannot be bypassed. But your best bet is probably to register it with an antivirus. That can even catch the EXE if it was slightly modified, or an alternative version, so long as it is similar enough. And many antiviruses can be set to block execution of anything they have on record as "bad".

 

At any rate, would you mind sharing your solution? Part of the reason to have these sort of thigns discussed on the forums is so that there exists a record of things people might want to do, and ways to achieve it. "Found a solution," post doesn't really help anyone, while posting a link to something wouldn't take any time, and might potentially be helpful in the future.

Unfortunatly I can't tell you how I did it because it wasn't done by me - my sister do it for me to prevent me from constantly playing a FPS video game (RTC Wolfenstein). Her way works perfect - even cracks or patches are completly blocked. I could ask her but I seriosly doubt she would ever tell me. She did say however that she was using some kind of firewall seetings. That's all I know - sorry.
