PalmIsland!
Forum should have an general "privileged section" with very low tolerance. Welcome, I think this forum should have an general "privileged section" / "adult behavior section" with very low tolerance for spamming, trolling, derailing topics, personal attacks and other generic rules break. This section could be a "sub category" where only users who have been here for specific time period and more, and who have a certain amount of posts, should only be able to enter. If you break the extra rules for this "privileged section" then you get suspended from this section, without losing access to the rest of the forums. In this category, members can discuss "sensitive" topics which easily would derail if posted in the other category's and get locked because of spam and generic rules break etc. I come with this suggestion because I recently created a topic which was deleted, because of some users could not behave their self. I did spend several hours to prepare that topic, but it was all for nothing. I think this topic would have survived if it was posted in a general "privileged section". This "privileged section" will act as a filter and screen out spam users. After the generic spam users have been isolated from this "privileged section", then only users who can behave their self will remain. This way we can discuss rare topics which are sensitive to derail, without derailing and ruining the topics. And topics where it is very important to be academically correct. These "behavior users" would simply contribute to the thread by only posting "on topic" posts. If they don't have anything to contribute with then they simply don't write anything to that thread. I really dislike when users who autospam for likes with pathetic comments or GIF pictures. And the problem is that there is so many users who does this, and sometimes they do it, and other times they don't. This means it won't help blocking them, and they are still able to get threads locked. Maybe the Staff have tried this before I joined this forum in October 2013, in the past. If not then they can consider this suggestion:) PalmIsland Edited November 26, 2014 by PalmIsland!

slohbur
You made a topic with the word "rape" written all over and you expect a normal discussion from members? The topic in question: Welcome, Have you ever been raped by the Free Roam lobby before in the same way I did experience? In this video below you can see how the lobby try to rape my Asian female character after she have annoyed them with the Jet for hours. I could count 9 random players who did cooperate and rape me at the same time in the same area. They did not know each other and did become allies with each other during this session. This session did happen on Xbox 360 in 21.07.2014. Session did last for about 4 hours and 20 min total. Below is an short version of one of the worst raping incidents I have experienced on GTAO. I have recorded over 700 hours, and I have a lot of funny incidents recorded, and I want to show you this funny incident in this video below. This is why I do like to annoy players with the Jet, I have several similar incidents recorded, and if this thread is a success then they might be shown in the future. This is what is happening if you annoy the players for hours and then lose the "Upper Hand" and chose to "stay" in the lobby. Many players would have left the lobby, but it is impossible to force me out of an GTAO lobby. There is no need for a "privileged section". If the topic being discussed is presented with these kind of words, expect a negative reaction towards your topic from users. Next time, you put that much effort into your OP, avoid unnecessary words as such, and maybe, you'll get a decent discussion from other members. I really dislike when users who autospam for likes with pathetic comments or GIF pictures. Could you name a few? I won't provide any names. And I did use the "Autospam" word abstract. This means I did not mean that they have installed some software that generates spam and automatically post it at the forum. The users just have an habit of posting short meaningless off topic posts, or just GIF pictures to be funny in order to harvest likes.

It seems that you where some "touchy" still when I used that word against myself and not against other users. I see where this goes, and I will not spend my time to defend myself and that thread. Reject the proposal and close the thread. Edited November 26, 2014 by PalmIsland!
