What cars should/should not be modified with neon under glow?

And that's what makes it fun when I join a mission in my Bobcat XL and being told I need to get a super, not 'that raggedy ass pickup truck'. Sorry I like to pick cars beyond the super class and enjoy variety. f*cking scrubs.

Picking gear on how it looks over how it performs is the scrub move.

In what context? What about a superdiamond or my roosey? They are outperformed in their class yah but theyre for cruising. I was yelled at once by another player for bringing my Diamond into a mission, and he was right. It is too classy to bring on missions. Never did it again.

Depends on the car, I didn't put them on all of my cars just vacca, zentorno, sanding xl(2 b removed), cheetah, coquette, sentinel plus 2 more but can't remember the names atm
