PS4 Additional Features

I am just curious, I heard the PS4 controller light flashes red and blue whilst wanted and the police radio scanner emits from the controllers speaker (both awesome features imo) and you can also flick your finger/thumb across the touch pad to quick-throw grenades. Does the PS4 have any other features that the Xbone doesn't? Thanks in advance for your HELPFUL replies, please do not respond if you are not certain.

Yeah more grass and the ps4 has this like misty partial effect in the air that the Xbox one doesn't. It just looks a bit more real. Nothing major only visuals you would expect with a bit more potent GPU. I'll tell you what though apart from the battery going flat really fast the ps4 controller is the best feeling thing I've held since a tight Flemish Belgian girl in 1999.

I read you can also change radio stations by wiping up/down on the touch pad.

Guess you haven't held a Xbox 360 (can't speak for Xbox One, but I guess it feels better too) controller then.

My xbone controller dies in about a week so I know the feeling... never held a ps4 controller but I imagine it is nice but the position of the sticks would throw my game off for a good while till I adapted. My question was referring to actual game/control differences though, not graphical differences.

You can change weapons in car by swiping left and right, chabge radio change with up and down, there might be more but I can't remember it haha, it's a great controller

Cool didn't realise the phone calls came through the controller as well.... just the ringtone? or the speech aswell? if not why not that would be even better.

Use an adapter.

 

You can use any controller on any system.

 

360 controller still takes the cake as best all round controller. With a sucky D-Pad. Razer fixed that though.

I knew that the light bar changed colour depending on the character you were playing as - Green: Frank, Orange: Trev, Blue: Michael

 

But I was always baffled as to what colour the online was meant to represent... I had no idea it was crew colour lmao! You just blew my mind

Everything I know about has been mentioned above, except the speaker also puts out cop radio so you get the classic GTA "Suspect is driving errrrrrrr..... white car".

 

Also, swiping up when aiming throws whatever you've got selected in the grenade slot, so it can be grenades, stickies or tear gas.

You serious? I own a 360. Sub average, I preferred the PS controller over it. The ps4 controller is on another level compared to either of those. The best ever (easily) I suggest you try one.

No difference in the game. To be honest I can load up the ps3 my character came from and hardly tell the difference after a few minutes (except the ps3 version works).

You serious? I own a 360. Sub average, I preferred the PS controller over it. The ps4 controller is on another level compared to either of those. The best ever (easily) I suggest you try one.I own both consoles too. IMO the 360 controller lays better in the hands. Additionally to that I don't really like the L2 and R2 triggers since they feel cheeper and have less resistance than the ones of the 360 controller, my left thumb sometimes cracks when I'm moving the left stick and the sticks felt better on my thumbs on the Xbox 360 controller at all. The light bar effect is cool. That being said I turned it off cause it's stupid and annoying.
