Gang vehicles removed from NG GTAO

found a chrome dubsta today. =P was a little worried if i was gonna make it back to my garage with it, and with a bounty on my head.. but now its sold.

I finally find a purple grove street car by the way, a manana. They are hard to spawn now. Scrapyard is definitely gone. The yellow cars spawn real easy though.

Traffic being the key word here.. not parked vehicles.

There's more parked traffic too.

My 2nd garage was always South Shambles and that road is packed now.

The one way streets near RR are more populated too. I would always use them as quick getaways in the past since they were always empty.Now I have to slow down after repeated collisions with "newly" parked cars.

Just small sample sizes I've seen.

The unaffiliated gang car spawn still exists on Grove Street in the driveway north of the cul-de-sac just like last gen. I've only seen it once (last night), but then again, it was a pretty rare spawn point on last gen, as well. If there's nowhere else left to get the unaffiliated gang cars on the new gen, at least they can still be found here.

 

 

Found a green Peyote on Forum Drive right after that despite it being midday.

 

I believe I was driving the Dukes at the time. I'm not sure if it helped anything to spawn or if these spawns were totally random. Honestly, on this gen, I'm not even sure if car spawns can be influenced anymore. It seems like you get the same results no matter what you're driving, probably as a result of the increased system memory being able to handle more car variety. If someone is able to prove that you can still influence spawns on the new gen consoles, I'm all ears, but as of right now, it seems to me that spawns can't be influenced anymore.

I bet you can still force spawn cars. We used to hunt gang cars in invite session with four players all driving the car we wanted to spawn. You'd spawn them like they were going out of fashion. I bet you can still do it now given enough forcing (enough of that same car). Good news on the unaffiliated cars. Who wants to try spawn the blue hardtop there?. I'm up for it.

Yes you can force spawn the cars but the chances of success are reduced from a 100% guarantee to I'd say about 50% as I always take my gang car out at

the start of a session and have had minimal success in acquiring a gang car for sale.

 

It's all down to the vehicles files plus the gang cars are more likely to be in traffic now than parked at their old spots stainonery.

Unaffiliated Gang Manana can be found at Scrapyard, PS4. Found in daytime while other normal Manana's were spawning.

 

Edited to add that OP title is not only misleading, but completely untrue. Just as easy if not easier to find these rides,.

Incorrect. Gang vehicles do still very much spawn in the CG versions too, I've seen most of the CGF cars spawn near Franklin's house, I'm yet to see any Balla vehicles but judging by this thread, and from what I've seen myself, I'm sure all of them are still in the game.

Yeah, Balla vehicles are still in the game. I saw one yesterday. They were the rarest on PS3/360, so it stands to reason that they're the rarest on the new game, as well.

Can confirm the Red peyote also spawns in that driveway rarely. Was driving a Peyote. Xbox1

I am pretty sure if tornados are spawning it increases your chances.. Tornadoes were everywhere and I drive down through Grove street in the middle of the day down to the Ballas area and their Tornado was there..

The scrap yard spawn hasnt been successful yet for me although I havent been grinding it to confirm.

If you drive a Tornado it is still very easy to make the gang cars spawn. I got 3 yesterday. I went to the end of Grove Street 3 times and they spawned each time right away. I am on PS4.

 

To me it is just as easy as it was on the PS3.

Thanks for the heads up about next gen. I was collecting all the gang cars for my 2nd character but couldnt because there were 20 and it would take up my entire garage space. Now we can get a 3rd garage, I'll make sure to collect all 20 before I transfer to next gen.

I definitely agree now that spawns can be influenced on new gen. It definitely works better with the Dubsta 2s, Sentinels, and Sandkings. It can work with the gang cars, too, but perhaps not as good as it worked on last gen.

The non-affiliated gang vehicles do not spawn online in NG at the scrapyard

I have tried for a while driving PV's (both gang cars and stock vehicles), and numerous stolen vehicles that would make them spawn at all times of the day. Both in invite only sessions and public sessions. no luck at the scrapyard, even if you own the South shambles garage

 

I have not seen any at location 2 (alley coming from the Ammunation a few blocks away from the scrapyard)

I used to sell gang vehicles like crazy back on last gen, but I litterally spent 30 min looking for one on PS4 and I couldnt find one. This may be an ignorant assumption, so please....Be gentle if you prove me wrong

You haven't sold gang vehicles since 1.07 on last gen because that's when it was patched. They still spawn all the time in the right places on PS4
