sn95 Posted November 26, 2014 Share Posted November 26, 2014 I am working on a total conversion for gta vice city but my work has been halted for about two weeks because of a very angering glitch. In my vice city I replace two buildings dff, txd, collision, and location in the ipl. in the map editor it shows just fine but when I load up the game the buildings textures, collisions, and placement are the same as before I used MEd and replaced the texture and model files, and yes I did save all of my work before exiting MEd As I said earlier I've been out of it for two weeks cause I've been researching but so far found nothing. I really need this fixed now. By the way I am not using a illegal copy of gta vice city. harmanhsb Posted March 3, 2015 Share Posted March 3, 2015 (edited) you have to select ipl placement like oceandrv.ipl and then click on save button at middle on the top of ipl,ide option not to click on save install.
