They spent years making this game why wouldn't they want you to explore every inch? ^^^^ THIS. They created the game to give individual players an incentive to explore and find new things if there are any. But in the current days people just go on forums and watch YouTube videos that show them where everything is etc so you can imagine how knowing everything and then being told to search the map for stuff is going to get tedious / boring. Even though I done those for 100% I don't think I'll ever do them again. For me doing these collectibles in the HD GTAs is so unrewarding. I done the submarine parts in one go and was disappointed I got jack sh*t for doing them aswell as the letter scraps. I can't be bothered with anything else. It started with the flying rats in GTA IV and has carried over into GTA V unfortunately doing a whole lot for a crappy return.
