That's odd. Do you have the latest LF mod installed? That building should have that hole after mission Demolition Man as another member pointed out, what I want to say is that should be fixed by installing LF mod. Maybe other files are causing this, I had to delete some files from LF folder which broke LOD's. This mod needs serious update.

That bug also appears when you set backculling to 1 or 0 (cant't remember) it also breaks floor in the North Mall, unfortunately there are no fixes for these bugs (as far as I know) for now. We can only wait and hope they will continue work on this mod.

I'm using UpdatedSCM by Niltwill...It's scm related issue and I heard they're working on it

after demolition man, the building still looks completely intact (im using the updated scm mod) and if I uninstalled VCLF, the destroyed building model was mixed in with the intact one, any idea?

How do i supposed to install 'Improvements' mod?? because it has 3 different installation folders..

And also every time i'm trying to start a new game with the core pack, i get a 'unhandled exception' problem.

I'm using open limit adjuster but it doesn't help at all!

PLEASE REPLY!!!

can anyone tell me if this mod added ped models WYFG1 and WYFG2 into the peds list so the cheat code STILLLIKEDRESSINGUP can work turning you into one of them?

The screenshots of @The Eddo in that link you provice shows broken textures, but NOT a "completely intact" building like @ernestin1 says. I'm having the same problem, is it a consequence of using Updated SCM and VCLF at the same time? I would like to know the cause, out of curiosity.

Also, could I replace the normal building texture and model with the broken building version one? That would make the building always broken, I know, but I wonder if I could do that and how.

when using vclf with upated main scm, the building is still intact after demolition man, I tried removing vclf and then the destroyed model was mixed in with the intact one, I also applied eddo's fix but no it didnt work for me

I guess the issue is a combination of both? Without VCLF the building would look like @The Eddo's screenshots?

Could I take the ruined building textures and models and replace the normal building ones, by name, just override so the game ALWAYS use the destroyed building model/texture? It will always be destroyed I know, but I could manually activate/deactivate the workaround with modloader. At least I could play with the game true's atmosphere.

 

But don't know if possible and if it is, don't know with files to edit/change/replace.

wow, I literally just had this issue and checked here to see if anyone else was having it, and someone just happened to post about it less than an hour before me. that's unusually lucky.

 

And yeah, that is a sh*tty stupid workaround. Can anyone confirm if it has to do with just VCLF or VCLF and updated SCM combined?

My thought is that it is a combination of both, but I'm not 100% sure. About the workaround, I know it's actually a really bad one, but I don't have any knowledge in the modding area and that's the only think I could think of xD

I'm using LF Mod only and I don't have that construction site problem. But I have problem with mall floor being white, I think texture glitch.I have no idea how to fix.

your mall problem is probably because you ain't using the ''VCLF'' folder (in maps folder)

If I set backfaceculling to 1 this happens, If I set it to 0 it breaks game in a lot more places. So how to fix this?

  Reveal hidden contents

fixed walk_fat so the left arm doesn't twitch between the first and last frames
replaced the death animation for getting shot in the stomach with one converted from GTA 3, as it looks more visually interesting
fixed RIFLE_fire so the last frame matches up with the idling animation and the weapon doesn't slide out of Tommy's left hand
fixed one frame in the minigun/flame thrower animation where tommy's arms twitch to the left
imported some animations from PS2 including the weapon idling stances, some woman walking animations, and the middle finger gesture which now an "up yours!" instead
created a new idle animation for the rocket launcher, so it matches the others and isn't just one plain pose
fixed one of the death animations so the last frame is exactly the same pose as a normal corpse and isn't off
replaced one of the jogging animations as they were originally both identical, female joggers now jog like in san andreas
added an idle animation to the knife so it isn't just one pose, made using the fist-fighting stance
modified the talking, head-scratching, taxi-hailing, and waiting animations so the legs can move independently, allowing for peds to scratch their heads while running or talk to each other while roller skating in place
replaced the female idling stance with one converted from GTA3
added finger movements to a handful of animations that lacked them, for the head-scratching animation you can actually see their fingers move up and down!
modified some animations to reduce leg-jiggling
run-stopping animations have been redone, they are now based on sprint_civi instead of run_civi and the transition to the idling animation has been made smoother
the pistol-firing animation for cops has been changed so it isn't identical to the python one, the legs now stay in one place

For some reason Rockstar Games ported Grand Theft Auto: Vice City from PlayStation 2 to the PC platform with a potato and because that, the game has lost features and has missing things which has been seen first time in PS2. This mod will restore them with little modifications and some improvements by our part.

  Reveal hidden contents

fixed walk_fat so the left arm doesn't twitch between the first and last frames
replaced the death animation for getting shot in the stomach with one converted from GTA 3, as it looks more visually interesting
fixed RIFLE_fire so the last frame matches up with the idling animation and the weapon doesn't slide out of Tommy's left hand
fixed one frame in the minigun/flame thrower animation where tommy's arms twitch to the left
imported some animations from PS2 including the weapon idling stances, some woman walking animations, and the middle finger gesture which now an "up yours!" instead
created a new idle animation for the rocket launcher, so it matches the others and isn't just one plain pose
fixed one of the death animations so the last frame is exactly the same pose as a normal corpse and isn't off
replaced one of the jogging animations as they were originally both identical, female joggers now jog like in san andreas
added an idle animation to the knife so it isn't just one pose, made using the fist-fighting stance
modified the talking, head-scratching, taxi-hailing, and waiting animations so the legs can move independently, allowing for peds to scratch their heads while running or talk to each other while roller skating in place
replaced the female idling stance with one converted from GTA3
added finger movements to a handful of animations that lacked them, for the head-scratching animation you can actually see their fingers move up and down!
modified some animations to reduce leg-jiggling
run-stopping animations have been redone, they are now based on sprint_civi instead of run_civi and the transition to the idling animation has been made smoother
the pistol-firing animation for cops has been changed so it isn't identical to the python one, the legs now stay in one place

Plz what i can do whenever i use improvement or PS2 feel or left over fixes the game crash on loading scree what the issue! the model loader not working well sames as gta SA!
