Uhm, so yeah... Protip: don't do the latter. The game will crash while trying to load gta_vc.dat. Why?

I guess so, but the latest version of Ultimate ASI Loader (at least to my knowledge) doesn't come with that folder anymore. I always create it for Mod Loader though.

"VCLF_20160723 + VC Fixes + AI_Vice_City_Version_2 + xbox peds" is working good.

If I put niltwil's "NW_Fixes" between "VC Fixes" and "AI_Vice_City_Version_2" I've got A LOT of crashes, flickering, untextured objects, etc and even some area become stay "underground".

Hello everyone. I've retextured two buildings located at Little Haiti, that had some parking textures on it. Those buildings looks like if were done on a hurry or something, also bugged me for ages but not anymore.

Hmm that's odd. VCLF package doesn't have that txd. Maybe it's included only in PS2 Feels? 🤔

Oops, my bad, sorry. It was included before, I'm sure. Probably it got missing between the updates at some point. Who knows.

Two quick noobish questions; firstly, where exactly do I put " cuts.img " files (stripa.dat & ifp) from VCLF?

Secondly, how exactly do I assign priority inside modloader.ini, since I'm trying out the method where there are different folders for VCLF, VCFix and VCPS2Feels?

 

Is this the correct method?

Any .Img file can be edited with an img editor (img tool for example), just replace those 2 files in your own cuts.img.

 

Mod priority can also be sorted in-game which would be the simpler way, however your method also works (just make sure the folder names are the same as the ones in your modloader folder).

If this mod ever comes back to life again, you guys should/could use some stuff from Vice City map fixes. It fixes a lot of map related stuff and could save you some time. :)

That's because radar icons are located in Leftover Fix/models/to gta3.img, try replacing old ones with HQ ones (copy and overwrite existing ones), just make sure to make backup copy in case if something goes wrong.

Maybe this freeway spawn could be added, creator discovered Freeway spawn place, but it spawns into abyss. Maybe just add it next to helipad:
