Rockstar won't let this continue. They are continuously making the game harder to get money and more easy to die. They constantly do that on the month every month. The long term plan is to make the game unplayable without shark cards but they are easing us into the trap.

 

They really f*cked up with 1.16 then, because I can now earn 10x what a Gerald mission used to pay by failing a Lester mission, and I no longer want to bludgeon Simeon to death for being a cheap f*ck...

 

See also - raising the bet limit to 10K, adding new sellable modded vehicles to NG for up to 23K, bumping the mugger to 10K, adding Lester Targets, etc etc

Actually it was a way to kill the f*cking RR grind, which it's done (providing you're not playing with morons).

 

You can make plenty, across all game modes. Now as to the price difference between SP and MP for LSC etc, now that's taking the piss and suppressing fun to sell shark cards. But earning ain't a problem.

 

Having said all that, GTA has never been more fun than during the billionaire days. I really miss driving a FM whatever-the-f*ck-I-just-stole.

R*s business ethics are atrocious and thats putting it nicely.

Anything that is fun or gives you easy money is hot fixed almost instantly by R*.

But if there is a glitch that makes you lose money, die or gain a unwarranted wanted level, it doesnt get attention for months or at all.

I will never buy a cash card. Never have, never will. I have no probs with anyone using them either.

R* lost me when they tryed to add rank, money and microtransactions to a sandbox freeroam game.

EA move aside, we have a new contender now.

Rockstar took a look at their Cash Card sales and probably flipped the hell out.

 

It's disappointing considering if someone where to tell me that Rockstar would be screwing it's fanbase with cash cards a few years ago I would think that they were crazy.
