RedDagger Posted November 26, 2014 Share Posted November 26, 2014 It would have to be a fairly extensive update, since that's a fairly large addition - lots of different things were changed, such as vehicles damage, character movement, and animations. Though my main guess is that the textures on last gen are terrible up close. There's little chance they'd go through the effort to update a different version (which likely wouldn't be easy considering they're not the exact same game) if the result means people constantly playing with blurred textures everywhere - normally in third-person view you're further away from everything, so this doesn't matter as much. eroch Posted November 26, 2014 Share Posted November 26, 2014 No, they won't. The most Rockstar will add to 360/PS3 that's on next gen will be heists and maybe the new vehicles like Dukes/Stallion. I really doubt the latter, but they will add heists. I also have this fear that any post-heists updates will be next gen only. Hell, a lot of the stuff that the PS3/360 version doesn't have is because of memory issues. With the FPV, not only do you have all the third-person animations, but now you have tons of new animations for the FPV, the weapons, the interiors, etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
