Bully: SE was on Gamebryo, of all things. I believe it was developed at a time when Criterion weren't selling Renderware licenses any more, but for some reason RAGE was being kept for the use of San Diego and North only.

I just looked up a video of the VCS PC mod in action, to see what the shadows look like. That’s all.

 

On the topic of Renderware and RAGE I was talking about Bully SE.

Huh, interesting. I always assumed it was Renderware since the first game used it.

Also the release on github should be changed (as I see it), because it implies that colorcycle.dat should be placed in the root directory.

Anyone? It really annoys me. Happens on other cars too.

There's a purpose why readme.txt was included in the skygfx folders.
- If you want to get rid of all blurryness, use these ini settings:
    blurLeft=   0
    blurTop=    0
    blurRight=  0
    blurBottom= 0
    radiosityFilterPasses=0

Dude, i'm not blind. I did all of this but this tearing screen effect is still in.

Then use mixsets if you would kindly to use it. (fixes some problems to the game too)
NoHeatEffect         = 1

Random crashes maybe? Or a little perfomance cost when using Leeds reflections.

Are we sure those crashes are caused by skygfx? Personally, I have a ton of mods and can't figure out which one is to blame. But I haven't seen any crash. Only some extreme lag spikes which could lead to a crash.

hey with the new ver 4.0 of skygfx my game crashes, i think it's the skygfx.asi because i've been trying and that's the file that crash my game, anyone knows what to do?

I have a million mods installled and see no crash. Did you try removing all other mods?

might think is the .asi because with the 3.7 version doesn't crash

i don't think that mods will cause the crash

how to get mobile reflections? my skygfx document looks like this and I still don't have them

 

vehiclePipe=Mobile      Select the vehicle pipeline to be used
                        values: "PS2", "PC", "Xbox", "Spec" (like PS2 but with specular lighting), "Neo" (like III/VC Xbox), "LCS", "VCS", "Mobile"
                        otherwise the pipeline will not be hooked (in this case this setting cannot be changed at runtime)

 

Color filter
colorFilter=Mobile      Select the color filter
                        values: "PS2", "PC", "Mobile", (needs colorcycle.dat), "None"

when using skygfx, the families graffiti looks way too bright and shiny, just compare it with the ballas one, this problem doesnt happen when not using skygfx

That's intended and it took quite a bit of work to get it to look like that. Try the xbox building pipeline, i think it looks different there.
