well i did NOT ask him (app) to tell me everything detailed about that.. and instead i was just asking if that (the one i linked from wiki) was the one they ware talking about..

 

The answer i was looking for was either a "yes" or a "No" .....

And damn, I've been playing GTA SA under a rock because according to the date of the version of skygfx I have, it's from Janurary 1st 2016 wtf lol

Stop playing GTA V. :(I stopped that sh*t, not worth a purple dildo too.

 

Due to irl troubles I couldn't find some peace and such and after getting back into modding a bit, I forgot how fun it is. Just needed to find that serene moment.

 

But damn it, still no proper map editor, I remember placing 50 red barrals on a bridge and watch all that explosions when driving right into them :lol:

The "bug" is partialy fixed now, it still happens with doors/side mirrors and interiors along with the peds driving them (it seems the interior only disappears if there's a ped driving the car).

 

(there is a ped driving this car but you can't see him from far away, same with the interior)

EDIT: It looks like the door thing is camera based, if I move to the left so I can see the left door, the right one disappears. (Actually it's probably only the mirrors but I don't really know, R* did some pretty weird sh*t with vehicle rendering)

 

EDIT2: This probably happens with all kinds of vehicles I imagine, that includes boats, planes, bikes, trains etc... (need to confirm this)

You are wrong, the interior is not connected with the driver or passengers.

The disappearance of the interior at some distance is associated only with the .dff file of the model itself, becose of which I do not know, maybe from the model hierarchy, is it still an alpha bug? for sure it is known by converters, modelers.

The fact that in the version of the PC game at "infernus" disappears interior but on model converted from ps2 does not disappear.

The glass material should be lower than all other materials in the editor material, in this case, nothing should be disappear
Set the value for the alpha of the material glass 248.
Sometimes it can be in the wrong flag in Handling.cfg

I installed skygfx and it works on samp but, if the time in the game is set from 21 to 6, there is just black screen, how do i fix it?

Is it possible to make any model use the specular map shader, like the roads in neo.txd? (I'm talking about VC) There is information in MatFX section with specular map info, sooo... is possible?

No, the road gloss thingy is hardcoded for the road textures. Also you need normals to really do any kind of lighting that isn't ambient and the map objects don't have normals. For the roads R* Vienna hardcoded a normal of (0.0, 0.0, 1.0) because roads are usually horizontal, but this wouldn't work for arbitrary geometry. Of course if you make the appropropriate models and such there's no reason you couldn't implement more interesting lighting.

I fixed some things so real time shadows should now work in VC again. Note that skygfx does NOT enable them, you still need other plugins for that.

So "real time" shadows works again in cutscenes as PS2 version? Also, what do you mean with "again", skygfx broke them or is it a PC port issue as well?
