timecyc.dat isn't used by the PS2 and Xbox games. They load timecycp.dat instead and that file is identical to the PC timecycp.dat.

And which one the PC broken version load? Timecyc.dat?

Huh?! Why you guys removed Xbox version's graphics? One that is identical to PC except it has darker and uglier cars. I guess because nobody cares about it since vehicles are too damn ugly in it.

What? Xbox SA reflections still there, only set Xbox in the vehicle pipeline settings.

XBox version vehicle pipeline is still available. The only thing that was removed is the VCS-ish vehicle pipeline which is replaced by the neo vehicle pipeline.

Yeah nothing was removed, outside of some fine tune options for older correction methods and the VCS vehicle reflections option.

San Andreas SkyGfx ASI size has been increased considerably, 265KB from the previous version (v3.0a) against 800KB from the latest version (v3.1). You should consider do some refactorization some day as Silent did it with SilentPatch. :p

Doesn't PS2 have stronger orange atmosphere? AFAIR. (I mean as whole time, not only at 20-22:00.)

Maybe some more lightning power too.

I was testing the PS2 orange skies in the new version and they look the same for me as the previous version...

I have diamond.txd (marker color filling/texture) from a PS2 Feels Edition mod based of the PS2 Features To PC topic. Should I remove it as I have the final release of SkyGfx or it will look closer to PS2 with it?

Well, I was testing the new version and everything it seems to be working fine except the Xbox raindrops, they don't appear. I put the neo directory in the main folder in my SA directory, not modloader, nothing. What it can be?

EDIT:

Even the neo pipe isn't working, it seems that the neo folder can't be readed by skygfx

EDIT 2:

It seems that the SkyGfx ASI can't find the neo directory when I load it from modloader. I loaded it from scripts folder and is working now.

Don't put the neo folder in modloader, just put it in your SA install folder since it doesn't replace original files anyway.

I have it like that. You can see my previous post, I edited it. I don't know why I can't load the Xbox stuff when I load the ASI from modloader.

Did you make any changes to the noise filter or whatever it's called during rainy weather? I don't remember the game looking this bad during rain but it does have something to do with the Overdose mod.

Yes, new version has PS2 rain noise effect implemented.

Is that effect based on a texture or is it generated in some other way? This reminded me that the night vision noise was also broken with the Overdose particle effects mod. Not sure how to fix that yet.

If the overdose effects works fine with the PC noise effect but not the PS2 one, only change them in the INI.

That's probably mostly due to it being a Debug build. Built a Release asi and it's 222kb. I guess I'll just replace it and document the III/VC trails option in the ini as well. Filename will stay the same since there's no change in code or anything. EDIT: done

Have you tried grainFilter=PC in the ini? Edited by The Hero

Oops, sorry. Didn't know. Much better now.

Sorry, forgot that to mention in the ini. use "III" or "VC" for postfx.

Which line should be added to the ini file to activate III/VC trails? I did not understand, sorry.

colorFilter=

Though beware you'll need a timecyc for it.

NOskillx: Isn't better if you upload the UG timecyc? I don't use that mod and I don't have it obviously.
