SkyGfx: PS2, Xbox and Mobile graphics for PC

PS2 rain effect and PS2 1:1 moonphases, I don't know what else is left too.

+ PS2 parachute with working night vertex. Yeeeah... that's probably quite a lot left to do actually, when you think about the coding that goes behind it.

The model works fine on PS2. It's just that the PC game assigns pipelines differently so the parachute is rendered as a building because it has extra colors.

I've taken a look at the PS2, PC and Xbox code that assigns pipelines, and they're all weird and different.

Yeah, just tried fully clean game, with only CLEO (because otherwise the game keeps asking for a disk even with a No-CD) and SkyGFX installed. Still happens, even with all settings set to zero.

Had the similar issue for VC. Silent patch fixed it. Might be the same with III.

(About CD thing)

Here's an interesting idea for a future version, is it possible to increase the draw distance of these clouds? They only show up at a certain height, an .ini option to increase that would be wonderful.

EDIT: Increasing their height would be cool as well, so they won't clip through buildings and stuff, just not sure how that would affect the rain.

The model itself is just bugged on PC.

Do u mean the pc parachute not animated like in ps2?

As far as I remember, the parachute is static in PC version. So not animated like in PS2.

Can confirm hoodlum works without any problems here too (compact causes some issues with a few mods though).

How did they replace the texture?

Even though I have PS2's Timecyc, all I have is just a brighter yellow sun that covers 75% of the screen instead of this:

Yes I know I have Silentpatch, how can I balance the sun colors to match PS2's? I'm using PS2's Timecyc to correct the stormy skies at the countryside.

You don't have to do anything. SilentPatch removes the ztest for coronas. Oh, you may have forgotten the ps2 seabed.ipl. It has a section that changes timecycle values locally.

An edited version is also included as apart of my remastered pack in the latest Steam Downgrader, balancing an increased Draw Distance value whilst maintaining the sun enough to still make a difference, here's a temp link for the pack, the file you want is inside the data folder:

I used compact .exe and I got the same results: game stops when I load or start a new save game.
