I have experienced this a few times now.

 

So there I am just driving around minding my own business, I pull up the map and noticed that no one else's blip is moving. I approach the one who's closest to me and try shooting them...nothing happens, they're frozen.

 

Anyone else experienced this?

 

EDIT: I'm on PS4 btw...

None noticed as of last night (PS3), other than some slightly slower-than-usual mission loading/exiting times...

 

Incidentally, if you're also on an old-gen system, I'm guessing R* wants to nail as many bugs and server issues as possible on the next-gen platforms before they issue any new patch(es).

I don't think it's really the others freezing, but more of you lagging out of that session and your game just not updating that the others left. It's apparently only an issue with next-gen...

 

As I don't know if it's strictly a game issue or network and game, I would say follow the connection guide (http://gtaforums.com/topic/692081-fixing-lag-issuesconnection-timeouts/) and see if that helps.

This never happened on the PS3 version and back then I was playing online via wireless, whereas now on my PS4 which is hooked up via Ethernet cable.
