FAST way to level up in gta online current gen

hi...so something happened and my character transfer did NOT work and i am pissed....can anyone tell me what is the fastest way to rank up? and earn fast cash cus i'm level 4 right now and it sucks bad having all my mates being 80 levels higher then me -__-

you better contact rockstar about this. unless you have tons of glitched money and you don't want them to see...

dang send a support ticket to R*, my transfer went like a breeze got my pre order bonus for SP and online too.

on the flip side, when i contacted rockstar with my issues, i had a generic reply with my issues not dealt with...
