"You have not yet unlocked Missions."?

so i go to host a mission and go to R* created missions>missions and "No Missions" shows up then under that in small text "You have not yet unlocked Missions." shows ups im lvl 219 BTW

 

anyone having this problem?

Yep same thing here. Lvl 235 (like it makes a difference).

I am also having this problem on ps3.In fact,nothing even works.No jobs,no races,no dms,survivals,nothing.

in a way it does matter since im pretty sure you need to be a certain level to unlock them but not 100% sure

One of the characters has to level up. I had it happen on me and I was like, level 95 only. So I did some mish with my Asterope on the second character, and after I leveled up a couple of times, I switched back because I got bored and suddenly it's all fixed.
