Throwing a Nade in FPV?

If anyone recalls the FPS trailer, Franklin threw a grenade without having to switch to it. Has anyone figured out how to do it? I checked the control options but nothing.

When aiming down sights press left on the dpad. It will throw whichever one you have equipped. (Grenade, sticky, smoke)

 

Just remember when you have stickies you will need to press left on the dpad a second time to set it off. And you can only have one sticky out at a time that way also. I found that out the hard way and killed myself.

Oh I was well aware I had stickies out. I just didnt think it through properly. It was the mission where you blow up all the lost trailers with Trev. Threw the first on the trailer. Second trailer was not far away so took cover behind the first trailer and tried to throw another out. Boom. Mission failed. Trevor Died.
