Where are all the van owners?

I have a custom race restricted to the vans class and often race it my custom Bobcat, Bison, or Yoga depending on character in use.

 

I know most people probably don't own vans but going by forums you get the impression at least some people do.

 

If you are on PS3 maybe you've seen invites to the race Van City. Yet nobody seems to own a van outside myself. It leaves me thinking "so where are the guys claiming to own Speedo's, Burritos, and other vans? Every race I'm stuck racing against clown vans."

Sorry. I had a Speedo for quite some time, but after umpteen times of getting left behind because jackasses wouldn't let my van catch up to them in missions, I got a Blade instead.

 

Since my Dominator's the only muscle car I can actually drive, I'm getting a Speedo again. No worries.

I enjoy Speedos, they give you the well-endowed appearence. You know, a well endowed bank account. Nothing says I have money like owning a white van!

I got rid of my vans when it was made obvious that Rockstar was never going to bother fixing the restrictions on them.

whats the point? most vans can't be customized without using save editors

I have a save edited speedo with the original a team number plate (the actual numbered one). Don't dare move it in case rockstar ruin my plates like they did to every other custom car I had other than "ecto 1" which I also still have on a worn white hearse.

It had the a team number plate but was lost the other day before this vid was made. I somehow managed to glitch my legit plate back on it with ifruit and am trying to glitch the a team one back on.

own 5 modded vans myself.

 

there aren't too many van owners here.. but i love them!

I had a few vans including the Speedo but they were the first things to go when garage space

became tight.

 

If they ever give us more space and allow us to do proper customisation I might

get them again.

 

I am not going to start learning the save editor just to have custom vans.

Offtopic: Why do people like racing in either sports or super cars in races? I don't own any of them but I'm trying to unlock upgrades for vans, sedans, coupes, offroad, SUVs and compacts because those are my cars.

I found a Speedo this week and tucked it into the last available slot on my second charater, they seem a bit more common spawn on the Xbone

I used to own a Paradise with octopus painting and black windows. It was only because it had paintings and could be customised that I bought it.

 

I sold it after a while because curtains in the windows were getting annoying. Not because of their beauty that kept cutting my breath everytime, but because the enemies npc that could shoot trought them, while it was completely useless for me because the curtains can't be seen trought so I couldn't use it as an effective combat cover.

Why the F do you like driving the exact same things everyone else does? Do you have no style of your own? Your opinion that vans are ugly is your own opinion. They serve their purpose and can haul more money away from a bank robbery than your little Sports car can.

Is this beauty insured? I have a save edited Speedo but would rather have the Burrito.
